A.M.-5:00 P.M. PST, Monday-Friday or Email
customerservice@celscientific.com to contact a Customer Service
Representative. Then, request your choice of an exchange, credit, or your
money back.
The customer service representative will issue a return authorization number.
Write this number on the return form you received with your order.
Send it back to us via a traceable method (UPS, FED EX, etc.) for your
protection.
Customer service representative can also assist you in determining which
ship method to use.
